Adult Taekwondo

The CW Taekwondo Program provides an overview of all aspects of modern World Taekwondo, from the traditional art of poomsae (forms) and self-defense to the modern Olympic sport. Considerable emphasis is also placed on muscle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular fitness using safe, effective techniques. Whether this is your first step to black belt or simply a fun way to get some exercise, you will find this program challenging and fun.

  • Non-contact sparring

Physical Training

  • Physical conditioning and fitness

Registration

  • Come to the club before class to sign up. You can start the program at any time you want. No test fees or other hidden fees. No contracts that lock you in.

Adult Beginner L1 & L2

  • Mondays 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm

  • Wednesdays 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm

  • Fridays 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm

Adult Intermediate L3

  • Tuesdays    7:45 pm - 9:00 pm

  • Thursdays  7:30 pm - 8:45 pm

Black Belt Class

  • Mondays & Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30

Taekwondo For Life

  • Wednesdays  6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Sparring

  • Wednesdays 8:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Our Instructors

C.W. Taekwondo at Boston is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer organization committed to providing the best Taekwondo education in the Boston Area in a friendly, all-inclusive, and invigorating atmosphere. We have been providing Taekwondo instruction to adults in the Boston area for over 20 years and have hundreds of satisfied customers.

Life After Yellow Belt

After your successful Yellow Belt Promotion Test, your time in Taekwondo gets all the more exciting! The Intermediate program at C.W. Taekwondo at Boston offers 14 classes across 6 days of the week. In addition to three Level 1 classes, we offer Sparring Classes, Core Intermediate classes, Cardio KickFit, and a number of hours of open workout time. All classes are open to you as a yellow belt.

 

The intermediate program is a very open, welcoming, lively and fun environment. There are members from all walks of life contributing to the energy of the program. Most students in our intermediate program started just like you, signing up for a beginner session for fun or exercise. Many get swept up in the enjoyment and rewards of training in Taekwondo and haven’t looked back since.

 

In addition to our intermediate classes, advanced taekwondo practitioners can join our Black Belt class or join our competition team t.Bos.
