In the late 1990s, a group of dedicated martial artists—Dan Chuang, Kristian Cibulskis, Gil Irizarry, Adrian Johnson, Mai Le, Chinedum Osuji, Chris Tuozzolo, and Ben Watrous—arrived in Boston and founded CW Taekwondo, with the goal of fostering a warm, friendly, and inclusive environment for practicing and sharing the art of Taekwondo.

Now a quarter of a century has passed, CW Taekwondo has proven itself to be more than just a dojang—it has been a home, a family, and a place where students of all ages have trained, grown, and supported each other. The 25th Anniversary Gala held on December 14, 2024, brought together generations of students, instructors, supporters, friends, and families. The celebration was not just about the years gone by but about the relationships built and the lasting impact of the CW community. The return of familiar faces and the enduring passion for Taekwondo were powerful reflections of the strong foundation CW has upheld over the years.

Adding to the excitement, CW Taekwondo was honored as the 2024 Club of the Year by USA Taekwondo! 🏆 This prestigious recognition highlights CW's core values that define our community ---- Community, Fitness, and Excellence. As a non-profit organization, our strength lies in a supportive community that uplifts one another through shared dedication. This achievement is a testament to the countless hours of training, the unwavering commitment of our instructors and officers, and the support of every member who has contributed to CW’s success.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we look forward with excitement and determination. Thank you to everyone who has been part of CW Taekwondo’s journey—your passion and dedication make this community what it is today. Here’s to continued growth, achievement, and success!
